My approach to design and development learning solutions is to use the most applicable framework – whether it's ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Gagne's Levels of Learning or Design Thinking – that suits your requirements, and then apply Adult Learning Principles, as well as, the appropriate technology to come up with contemporary design and techniques to ensure that your content best serves your learner’s needs.

Course Adaptation and Conversion
 

With pressures on training budgets, many organisations are evaluating conversion
of existing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials to online delivery. The process of converting your ILT collateral to eLearning is certainly more than converting a PowerPoint slide deck to an online format. The key to success is to have a solid strategy in place to ensure that making the transition from ILT courses is the right one.

The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviours with others - within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.
