Here are a few of my works...

Effective Performance Review

Brief: Performance reviews are all about the quality of conversations between the managers and their team members. For performance reviews to be successful, both managers and their people should be fully engaged in this meeting.

Solution: This short module focuses on the activities that managers and team members need to do pre-, during and post- performance reviews. Additionally, it provides the learner with information about performance ratings and what each rating looks like when applied on day-to-day activities. It also serves as a reminder of the behaviours that the organisation adheres to in alignment with the key performance indicators.

Leadership Success Profile

Brief: Building a capability framework to support the development of leaders in the APAC region that will be the basis of their performance measurement.

Solution: The Leadership Success Profile (LSP) Competency Framework defines the performance criteria that serves as a guidance for people in leadership roles. It describes the practical actions as well as provides demonstrable examples to help leaders identify their existing strengths and development areas that they need to focus on to become more successful in the organisation.

Selling Media

Brief: Media is everywhere and this presents a huge selling opportunity. But selling is a skill and to be good at it, you first need to acquire it.

Solution: This one-day workshop – first in a learning pathway – covers the basics of selling in the context of media products and services. The program is designed to provide a skills platform for selling media and therefore will be most suited to those new to selling and/or have never sold in the media industry. It provides a set of tools and processes that create maximum value for customers and to the business.

Team Rule

Brief: AG plans to launch Team Rule as part of the organisational cultural transformation. Already being practiced in the US, Team Rule is an organisational approach to giving and receiving feedback.

Solution: An eLearning module that highlights why feedback is important in the organisation, what Team Rule is about, and how do we provide and receive feedback. The module also includes different feedback scenarios as well as an assessment which involves branching scenarios to provide context and key messages.

DEFAMATION LAW

Brief: In the course of news reporting, journalists are likely to cover controversial events or unsubstantiated allegations about politicians, entertainers or those undergoing trial. If you work in journalism, understanding Australia’s defamation laws is crucial in identifying the risks associated with publishing potentially defamatory content to avoid the threat of being sued for defamation.

Solution: This online module aims to highlight the importance of factual news reporting to protect both the journalist's and organisation’s reputations. The approach has taken into consideration how journalists capture information – by reading and researching. Additionally, the module provides the learner with the required context through the inclusion of a number of carefully selected court cases. The ‘gameshow’ format provides the learner with the sense of progression, learning simple to complex concepts and ideas.
