I do this by collaborating with you and your organisation every step of the way: from analysis, through to design, development, implementation and then evaluation.

My design approach is shaped by many years of developing learning solutions in different industries using different platforms.

I have Masters of Education in Organisational and Workplace Learning degree, as well as, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
